Thanks for the tip - nice! I just did some quick searching and it turns out that Park Hyatt will indeed by taking over the hotel component at One Nine Elms. I remember the hotel was supposed to be a Chinese-branded Wanda Vista, but it seems those plans were scuttled. The below construction update from a week ago has our answer:
Park Hyatt London, River Thames. I've also attached a screen shot from the Focalis site.
I've also read somewhere that the Strand site where the other Park Hyatt was announced is now under demolition. Given the differentiation in naming with the "River Thames" branding and unless we hear otherwise, it looks like London might be getting two Park Hyatts.
