MGM? Caesars? Luxor? Any suggestions are appreciated.
I'd probably go either north end of the strip or south - north is Caesars - Flamingo, Ballys are nice mid-tier places, Caesar's Palace a step up. South end is MGM group - MGM, New York, New York. I'm a Caesars guy for no particular reason other than it's just best to pick a group and stick with it to build up points/comps, etc. The pool/gym thing is hard to predict. I'd call ahead to see if/what is open at a given property before you book.
