Hi,
A family member's return UA revenue ticket was cancelled due to the covid-19 cancellations.

Ticket purchased on Feb 14, 2020, departure flown on Feb 23, 2020 and return was supposed to be Apr 3, 2020 (which was cancelled). I'm getting conflicting answers from UA ticketing agents in terms of the unused portion of the ticket (return flight). Some say only 6 months validity, some says 1 year from date of ticket purchase. They mentioned no change fees as of till June 30 (as of now) but will have to pay the price difference. Just wanted to know when is the last day the family member can fly back?

Wonder if there's any black and white on the UA website I can search for.
