Well known German lawyer who has sued many airlines already:

Its in German but basicially it says: We wont refund you, please contact your lawyer and sue us. Please also refrain from sending us any more messages. For us the case is closed and we wont reply to you anymore.

I mean, kudos to DL for being so clear to say plz sue us but man, thats a new low
