Those countries that have a GDP that is heavily biased towards tourism will largely open with "measures in place" that will also be largely ignored and forgotten about as people become more blase about it. Back to normal as quick as possible for the 99.something% of us that have a low risk of dying to lead our lives, and by all means shield the vulnerable. Being co-opted into this mass hysteria is wearing ever so thin. Devastating the world's economy, is it worth the price? Not to me.
greece looks back to normal nightclubs open etc only masks on public transport. They may be initially worried about imported cases but thinks look good there !
