I'm headed to Vegas over the July 4th holiday weekend for two nights. I'm looking for a full service resort and my preferences are: plenty of onsite restaurants, nice pool and gym, bars, casino. I'm not looking for the Circus Circus or Tropicana crowd but not super expensive either.

It looks like pretty much all the casinos are taking reservations starting July 1st, but I just pinged an Aria guy and was told it's actually unlikely Aria will be open by then - so I'd probably pick a resort that's already open unless you are OK with the risk of being reallocated elsewhere.
Even Wynncore is pretty cheap for July 4th right now, so it seems like you have a lot of options.
