i think the owner’s logic at US properties is the lounge exists only to the extent required to affiliate with Hyatt and not as a driver of non-elite bookings, so why incrementally add to the staffing & F&B expense with more guests. seems good logic as can’t imagine anyone not spending other people’s money think it good value to spend an extra $50 to $100/n for morning carbs and canvas chard.
