They might select a single location ( eg. BA Galleries South ) and only keep one lounge open until the demand recovers ( Doha example ). Then gradually open other lounges.
My thoughts on this exactly. I think First will be the one that opens up initially mind (Mid July perhaps), as it has the location, space, and arrangement to easily meet social distancing criteria with minimal modification. I imagine the aim will to be providing a table service environment, one way systems, and greatly restricted movement of people.
