I'm headed to Vegas over the July 4th holiday weekend for two nights. I'm looking for a full service resort and my preferences are: plenty of onsite restaurants, nice pool and gym, bars, casino. I'm not looking for the Circus Circus or Tropicana crowd but not super expensive either.

MGM? Caesars? Luxor? Any suggestions are appreciated.
