Do you have status with Hyatt and/or Hilton? Will you book for cash or points? Hyatt is excellent for point redemptions and/or if you are Globalist. If paying cash without status at either chain, I would pick Hilton as the rooms are more recent and look nice. You can find my review of both properties in the Hyatt and Hilton forums.
