Has anyone stayed at The Peery (a Hilton Tapestry property) in Salt Lake City?

It appears to have quite a history:

I'm looking at a 3-night stay in SLC in August, and this property has some pretty decent prices (especially on the weekend). Rates are lower than any other Hilton property for the dates I'm looking at.
They do charge $15/day for parking (from what I can see it appears to be a surface lot).
It is unclear if there are fridges in any of the rooms; it isn't listed on any room details, and I can't see one in any of the photos.

I've stayed at the Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn downtown. This looks to be across the street (W Temple) from the Hilton.

I'd appreciate any feedback.
