LH’s strikes were prolonged and very disruptive. So I appreciate reading through forums like this it may give the impression that BA’s strikes are very frequent but that would be skewed/biased view and not really the reality.
My point was in regards to UK airlines, and historically BA has consistently had more strikes, with their front line workers. As a frequent flyer it is the ground staff, cabin crew, pilots and call centre staff that meet my needs as a customer and they do a mostly sterling job that keep me returning to them. I don’t know the ins and outs of the reasons for strike action over the years with the pilots etc but all I can see as customer of BA is management straining whatever goodwill they have left with their entire workforce.
