All pilots were sent the s188 notice just the same as the other workgroups, the difference is that they aren’t under threat of new contracts. The company do want significant changes to working practices which mean more pilots than that required by the reduction in capacity dictates.
My apologies Waterhorse. However, by what you are saying the Flight Crew are being dealt with slightly differently and probably for good reason.
My main point was that Flight Crew and Cabin Crew had, I am sure, justification for their industrial action and that it is not correct to say that “staff” at BA have no moral compass.
