I have a question. I have a VLC-LHR-VLC booking in J for June and return July - the entire itinerary is cancelled. I would like either to rebook in October for the same itinerary - or change the itinerary to travel from ALC - LGW - ALC if these are still happening by then,
My question is firstly, when there is a cancellation can I ask to be booked into an itinerary where there is no I availability? I honestly do not know which fare bucket it was and do not know how to find out. Is it on the e-ticket?
Secondly, can I ask to have the itinerary changed to ALC under this new policy? What , if anything might this cost? Any ideas?
