COVID-19 Restrictions? Confused about Flying UVF-MIA-LHR-MXP

Dear FT,

thanks for reading this and sharing some light. Let me make it as short as possible.

- Italian passort but officialy resident in Panama, travelling through the US with ESTA
- staying in my second home in St. Lucia (Caribbeans) since march
- (no symptoms and I would not fly even if I should get a little cold)

I must fly to Italy (business and family).

I have this travel route, all one one ticket (alternatives seem not to be availbale departing from UVF):
UVF-MIA-LHR-MXP in about a month.

How will the US handle me? I land in the evening, and the London flight is 24 hours later. Will I be allowed to fly further? Will I be allowed to sleep at a Hotel (I was thinking about the one inside MIA airport)? Will they ask me to do self quarantine in the US for 2 weeks or will the US even deny entry?

Sorry. There is so much information around, that I seem to unable to understand the procedure and situation.

Thank you!!
