That's the only one I've actually come across, but I am sure there are others. Over in the AC forum they are getting very worked up about vouchers vs refund, to the point where MPs have admitted that giving everyone a refund will result in airline bankruptcy. Personally, and I know this doesn't apply to everyone, I have no issue with a voucher, and would obviously love to have a voucher with bonus.
