Thanks, interesting. As I read it, applies only to Greek businesses (airlines, hotels, and the like). Voucher is
good for up to 18 months, but if unused or partially used, the unused portion converts back to a refund that is
due the customer. So it's a time delay offered to the Greek business, to encourage use of the voucher.
