My crystal ball is very muddy.

But my guess is that QR818 should keep operating as it is still used for repatriation of HK permanent residents. It used to be for pax coming from Europe/USA. Recently it catered to people from South Asia. Given the large numbers Pakistanis (and others) that landed from QR818 infected, some people in HK are avoiding this flight for health reasons.
I know expats families (Foreign nationals, HK permanent residents) are flying back home during the summer, especially to Europe which is opening up (I will). They know that they will have a stay-at-home quarantine upon returning to HK, so that's a bit annoying.

But I don't think that anyone can guess with near certainty.
