In the US, a supplimental platinum card is $175. A supplimental black card is $1500. The limit, as I understand it, is based on the primary card holder's account. AmEx does not actually have 'no limit' for their cards. If you charge enough, they will eventually deny your charges until you can prove that you have the income/assets to pay the bill.
