I would love for you to be right, and that's how I saw this too, at first. However, Expedia has (had? can't find it now) the standard policy that said they will follow the Airline refund policy when issuing the refunds in case of cancellations. So they are pointing to Iberia now. I will find the exact text from Expedia later.
