I'm wondering this too. Granted my trip to Greece isn't until October, so everything will hopefully have changed by then. I start in a state not listed but have to connect in a state that is listed. You have to figure it's true origination, which makes sense as that's where you have likely spent most of your time. I doubt a test would even show positive if you had JUST been exposed on a connecting flight (so ~ 10 hours max since exposure). Are there any airports that fly direct to Greece that WOULDN'T be in the list there? Looks like it covers all the major international hubs.
