Every time I see this thread it just reminds me my refund is hung up between UA and Chase - both pointing at each other. Someone has my refund from March 21 just not me. The DOT complaint is coming up on 60 days so will be interesting to see what happens then.

On a side note, cancelled a SQ flight for July on Friday. They offer an inventive to take a credit or take the refund. Easy process - although it will be interesting to see how long the refund takes in comparison to the UA refund.
