Finally got emails this week confirming refunds that I requested on 4/20. Schedule changes well greater than 6 hours, international tix for about $550 each. Paid for in part with $600 voucher, which they correctly reissued as part of approval emails this week.

1k agent in April said we were due refunds but were taking up to 21 business days to process. Still waiting to see the balance hit my credit card, but the vouchers were issued 25+ business days from request (not all received same day). United got lucky because 6/1 was going to be my DOT complaint.
