Simply put, if the dispensers are a risk, then so is everything else. Which means either the soap dispenser is as ok as the rest of the bathroom or you shouldn't stay at hotels.

I think you graciously circled around perfectly to put a "hole" in the theory that individual bottles are safer & I will add, have less environmental impact than refillable larger bottles and thus doesn't hold water, errr, shampoo!
Despite the contradictions, there were too many assumptions of convenience to try to prove something that is factually incorrect. It does make for a commical & amusing read though.
There is a tie-in here! Has anyone else noticed the proliferation of products that are being produced with "Sea Salt" and marketing it as "premium?" Wonder why?
