A buffet is NOT sanitized between customers and is therefore closed.

I can assure you the TP holder, lamps, and iron are not deliberately sanitized. I would be shocked if the tap or remote are actually properly sanitized, likely just wiped down with a dirty rag. Communal soap dispensers are 100% not properly sanitized between guests.
