I got a TI invite as a peon for $99 a night, no resort fees, weekday or weekend.

They're also doing a BOGO on nights, dinners, etc., although the $39 resort fee gets charged on all nights, including the free ones:
• BOGO Free Room Night(s). Every second (2nd) reoccurring night is complimentary on each 2-night minimum, no Friday Arrivals.
