Regulars are not fooled by fake “sales” particularly when they know resort fees and taxes are massive. Now $49 might get some attention and fill rooms...
Comparing the rates of Wynn to Delano is like comparing Delano rates to Circus Circus, they're on different levels/categories.
I do agree though, those rates are nothing special given the current circumstances. But also to note, they're also limited to 50% occupancy so supply is limited. Personally, judging from the many gaming pages and forums I frequent, it seems the demand is there.
