Funny how WS consistently outperforms AC in customer satisfaction. Suggests this survey has less to do with fares and hard products than it does with ... err... customer service.
Makes me think consumer satisfaction with AC cant possibly get any worse under government control. At the most, it will translate into lower salaries for executives and higher salaries for line workers. If anything, this survey makes a compelling case for nationalizing AC instead of bailing out.
What’s the worst that could happen? ULCC levels of customer satisfaction? AC’s already considered to be in the same league as Frontier and Spirit.
