I am looking to complete my Interview, should I pass initial passing of checks, upon arrival at JFK, this will grant me GE however I am not sure if TSA Precheck interviews are conducted at the same time or if you pass GE interview are you automattically enrolled into TSA Pre? I asked this to the TSA via email however they were rather unhelpful in that they just told me the benefits of TSA Pre... I can read :P so I knew those already, the question I was asking didn't get answered.
If any here could offer guidance it will be greatly appreciated. Again apologies if I should have posted this elsewhere!.
Thanks
A Global Entry membership includes TSA Precheck (for eligible travelers). If you are eligible, you will get TSA Precheck upon approval of your application. Importantly, there is no such thing as a separate TSA Precheck interview step. You get TSA Precheck automatically with an approved Global Entry membership, if you are eligible.
