Indeed! Texas has probably one of the most robust Hyatt pipelines out there with Thompson coming to Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio plus the new Hyatt Centric Austin.
Plus I'm aware of several more beyond that (whispered by managers) and some major renovations (Lost Pines)... also watch for some conversions on the resort side...
Really wish they’d do something on South Padre Island. It’s ripe for a HP or HH.
