Adam, I've been watching domestic PD flights via their WEB site. The start date was originally June 29, moved to July 29. I wonder if they will ever fly again? According to published sources, PD rec'd an EDC loan & the CEWS. If I was in your friend's situation, I would ask Avion to re-book using another transborder operator who is flying?
