The question of a Conga or not is an interesting one. In those cases where there are a very limited number of referrals available (like 1, for example), a Conga makes sense. But otherwise, when someone goes to the effort of fully describing the program, I always ignore the Conga and use the link of the person who did the work for us. (Then I don't join the Conga, of couse.) Seem fairer that way.
