Anyone had any luck getting a refund out of Porter for a COVID-related cancellation? A friend of mine booked a trip to Chicago with Avion points. Flights were cancelled by Porter. The Avion people have said Porter is refusing to provide refunds, and so they can't provide him a refund, but the Porter website isn't at all explicit about that (unlike AC/WS, who are very clear that they're screwing everyone).
I figure filing a US DOT complaint might be the best route, but curious to see whether anyone else has had luck with another solution in a similar situation.
(Note that chargeback isn't really an option since most or all of the cost was paid with Avion points rather than the card itself)
