I do have an AC napkin somewhere around the house that I could include in the Takeout to Takeoff shot, but that was given to me by an SD who offered a bottle of wine as a goodwill gesture. I've never taken cutlery or anything else though.
I don't literally think everyone else has done it, but it's clear that many have.
