made the Japanese curry I’ve considered for years because I love japanese curry and won’t allow myself to get it at my favorite curry spot (the one near a dispensary where I wanted to organize a local DO). It’s good but when I read the instructions and serving sizes, I assumed that I used only part of the box contents. Oops. It’s not that I’m supposed to use all of the $3.49 box but just the box has 1750mg of sodium. Omg. I need to find a curry with less sodium. My goal was 3 meals and now I have to stretch this out to more because of the sodium. It’s yummy and I’m having it on half a pack of brown rice (similar to Costco’s product).
