Open to all. Same with code LRR for the higher end properties in Bali at least. I've actually emailed the individual hotels that I want to use the code with, that way I can set my dates later and basically receive a stay voucher for as many days as I want to buy. Also a few hotels are running one-offs like the Ritz/JW Jakarta for a BOGO rate. You have to email those ones specifically.
