I just got a determination letter of my dispute from citi saying they won’t reverse my charges, the reason is covid19 is not a reason to get a refund Per the copa t&c, so I have until June 6 to respond, not sure what I’m gonna say that wasn’t said in the original dispute of dot rules back in early April
