Not sure I agree.....I would say holding on and exciting customer base would be critical to their re-emergence. I have seen tons of price-free brochures. If any thing it is probably to consolidate expenses at this time. But for an armchair explorer like me, the lack of mailings feels like the industry is dead. Not sure that is what they want to portray.
