I've had 3 large orders for gift cards. All 3 of them have been problems. The company that handles this might or might not be at fault but their attitude and customer service is unbelievably bad. Shame on Marriott for using them! As a Titanium member who just spent thousands of dollars on gift cards, I would think Marriott could do better.
That being said after calling Marriott elite services I got help internally from Marriot customer service. My first order was sent to me manually. My 2nd order was canceled and I'm still waiting to see if it can get reinstated. The 3rd order which was made on May 16th I was told was processed by Marriott but still haven't received the gift cards. Again, Givex has been totally unhelpful and pathetic.
