I don't know if it's only me, but I sleep a lot better when it nice and cool rather than when its warm. At least when its cool you can snuggle up with a blanket and pillow and sleep. The strategy described below would have the reverse effect on me! Good thing I am not rowdy! ;-)

Then when it's time to get those tables folded away and seats upright they cool it back down so that you wake up and get the hell off their plane double quick!
