So miles gifted to the give a Mile charity are not eligible for miles toward the travel at home promotion. Why would this be put in the main promo page if it has nothing to do with the travel from home program? I find this clearly misleading. Well you have to EARN miles for those promotions, not SPEND miles.
However, the donation is a way to earn AQM without flying. That's very much in line with "Travel at Home".
But yes, I agree the terms for all this seem hastily thrown together, ambiguous, misleading, and lots of other adjectives.
