quite as bad as the points.com conversion rate, this rate is pretty bad. I value 10,000 HH points at $50. I value 1 RR credit at $20 (actually slightly lower the last couple weeks....
). And I tend to value most FF miles + points slightly lower than others, that 10,000 points could be worth more if redeeming for HH VIP awards (or especially if you redeemed for the 350,000 point CP, then 10,000 points would be worth $85.71. But to trade for the equivalent of $20 is a poor choice unless it is extremely quick and you are in desparate need for 1 credit. But if I needed only one credit, I'd hit up Tino. He'd probably undercut Hilton to earn your business.
