When we stayed at the Homewood in 2018, it was very nice and well-kept with a good included breakfast. Our studio was a good and comfortable size. We used the kitchen (or at least the fridge) a good amount, though that's not as much of a plus for a one night stay.
The tempting thing about the Homewood (or Hampton) would be that I could hopefully use digital key, get a room near a rear entrance, and not have to use the elevator (stairs are fine for me if my room isn't on the ground floor). I'll have to dig a bit more on that Curio property to see how it is laid out.
