I am not sure if they are shutting down permanently, but it appears they are not taking any reservations starting June 1 2020 till the end of schedule, including next year.
I just received that same information as well today albeit from a hotelier insider.

its gonna be a sad day. This is my favorite hotel in Jakarta. I have stayed here for hundreds of nights since its opening.

Gonna miss the hotel~
