You are booking a domestic ticket only. There is no incentive for MU to set up payment other than what Chinese have.

Certainly, you can book a US-PVG-SZX and pay with your international Visa/MasterCard etc. But for Chinese domestic only ticket, only Chinese bank transfer accepted.
