Trying to cancel an Avios redemption and it is only offering me a voucher?
Since when were flights bought with Avios points only eligible for a "future travel voucher"? I am trying to cancel and get the Avios re-debited to my account. Anyone know what is going on? Is this a glitch? PITA if I have to call up.
