Yes, have received it by mail.
Not of much use yet: the few times I wanted to make use of the ULTI services Covid19 prevented me from that: the ULTI phone team is currently "suspended" and merged into the Plat line; but still I got okayish assistance and support. And when arriving beginning of the month at CDG there (as expected) wasn't a person with an ULTI sign at immigration at CDG 2E. But there were hardly any passengers anyway!
