If you want to touch the upper level of restaurant eating without touching the the upper level of your credit limit, try Jack's. I don't know the exact address but it is one block South and 1/2 block East of the New Amsterdam Theatre. I believe that's about 7th and 40th. The menu has something for everyone and dinner entrees run $20-$35 excluding specials.
