Don't use Delta they suck especially for South East Asia.
Amex MR will transfer to any Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer account no matter what the actual name on the account is. Has always been this way, I have 4 SIA accounts saved under my Amex MR and regularly transfer my points to these accounts in order to top them up.
