If I wanted to drive a station wagon wouldn't I rent one? I suppose its fine for a hotel chain or Hertz to give me a smoking room even though I always rent/reserve a non smoking one? You do raise one interesting point, if I simply accept whatever I am given then I will never be disappointed. With all due respect, that's just rediculous.
